As a newly created and rapidly growing grassroots organization, Men's Sheds Canada faced a pressing strategic communications challenge. They needed to effectively convey the essence of the Men's Shed movement and it's importance as an innovative healthcare solution. Our task was to create a storytelling experience that was not only informative and entertaining but also deeply compelling.

Each year, Petro-Canada CareMakers Foundation entrusts us to capture their impact stories from across Canada. We collaborate with family caregivers and specialized partner organizations to share their stories, and we are committed to ensuring that all participants feel respected and celebrated for their important work.

The short videos in this series provide an authentic and compelling window into the lives of real Canadians who have stepped up to help a loved one, as well as the vital organizations that support them.

Global Pathways School (GPS) is truly an extraordinary place. It stands as a beacon of hope in the Podanur region of Tamil Nadu, India, fulfilling an ambitious dream to uplift the lives of families and children in this struggling area. The story of GPS is one of resilience, perseverance, and unwavering hope.

Our task was to develop a visual strategy that effectively showcases the unique history, achievements, and character of GPS through a series of standalone videos and photographs. For many benefactors who have supported this school for over a decade, a personal visit may never be possible. Through these stories, we aimed to provide them with a virtual experience that closely resembles a personal visit and allows the community to celebrate the impact of their generous support.

Working with Petro-Canada CareMakers Foundation led to an introduction to the team at BridgePoint Center for Eating Disorder Recovery. The center's leadership had been searching for a partner to create a documentary to raise awareness and combat the stigma surrounding eating disorders. Our sensitive approach and ability to work with a very small team, earned their trust and led to the production of the film "RecoverED: A Documentary About Eating Disorder Recovery."

The film is touring the festival circuit throughout 2025, with plans for broader release in the fall.
